About Us

The Seminole Pro Tour began in 2006 as a Florida only statewide tour and in only four years has grown to include tour stops throughout the East Coast. In 2010, the Seminole Pro Tour is making its debut in California and plans to rapidly expand to all regions of the country. Originating in the 1980s as the Florida Pro Tour, this tournament series has seen tremendous growth since the Seminole Tribe of Florida took over it’s operations. The large prize payouts and the professional organization of the tournaments attract some of the most skilled and experienced pool players from not only the United States, but also from around the world.

Top ranked players such as Corey Deuel, Johnny Archer, John Schmidt and Earl Strickland, as well as international greats Thorsten Hohmann (Germany), Marlon Manalo (Philippines) and Mika Immonen (England) have all competed on the Seminole Pro Tour. The Seminole Pro Tour has quickly gained momentum and is one of the most highly regarded tours in the country. Newly added features, such as live online streaming of the tournaments have given access to fans from around the globe to follow their favorite players in action. The fan base that the Seminole Pro Tour has establish through the years is ever growing and creates unlimited potential to possible sponsors that want to promote their products to the millions of pool fans that are dedicated to the sport.

The culmination of the nationwide tournaments is the Steve Mizerak Championship, held at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, FL. With a $50,000.00 added pot, the nationally televised Steve Mizerak Championship is one of the highest paying tournaments in the country and a major event in the pool community. The future is very promising for the sport of billiards and for the Seminole Pro Tour. Together with the help of our sponsors, the Seminole Pro Tour plans to be the largest, highest paying and best pool tournament in the country.
