The 2010 Seminole Pro Tour is open to male and female pool players.

Registration fees for each tournament is $150. Visa, Master Card, Discover and AMEX. You will receive a phone call requesting payment information.

Dress code strictly enforced: Men: NO jeans, must wear collared shirts, NO sneakers (dress shoes only). Women: Professional casual attire, NO sneakers, jeans, tank-tops or low cut shirts. All shirts must be tucked in during play.

Dates are subject to change. Entry fees are non-refundable.

** All players must show proper identification, to include drivers license and social security number, in order to receive cash payouts. ALL international or non-United States citizens or resident alien players, who do not have a United States Social Security number or Tax Identification number, MUST bring their passport and complete a W8 form in order to receive cash payouts. Cash payouts will not be issued until all proper documentation and identification is provided and appropriate forms are completed correctly.
